I bring doula support to the sleep training world. By utilizing a lot of common sense, and even more emotional support, I help you find a way to get your baby sleeping through the night with compassion and empathy.
The Mommywise Method is a 3-Step process that can be tailored to support your family and your baby in a way that books can't. The difference is amazing.
Step 1: Getting to Know You
After you fill out my detailed intake form, I am able to understand your current situation, what you would like to change, and what results you would like to see. From there, we are able to plan our in-person support. I come to your home, meet your baby, meet your family, and look at logistical support. Are there any physical changes we can make to help the process?
Step 2: Implementing In-Home Sleep Training & Creating Custom Action Plan
After choosing which Sleep Training program will work best for you, I come and stay with your family for up to 72 hours. During this time, we implement your action plan, making any changes your baby needs, looking at factors like age, abilities to self-soothe, personality, and more.
Through the entire process, I'm right there with you. With my experience and your ability to understand your baby, we know that your baby will be loved, tended to, and most importantly, sleep trained. You can feel confident through the entire process, that your baby's needs will be met.
Step 3: Sleep Training Continuation & Extended Support
When it's time for me to head home, you will have the skills and confidence needed to continue helping your baby get great sleep, but that doesn't mean you're on your own! Along with scheduled coaching calls, you are able to reach me through unlimited text and email support for an additional 4 weeks. This is an important feature, because consistency and confidence are key. There will be some hiccups, like teething, illness, and possible surprises. Know that I am happy to support you each step of the way.
