"I'm up with my baby all night.
Something has to change."

I've heard it all...

"He won't nap."

"Does she get enough sleep?"

"Is it okay that we nurse to sleep?"

"Lack of sleep is affecting my marriage."

"When I'm up all night, I can't be the parent I want to be during the day."

You're not alone.

Years of supporting families through the postpartum period has shown me the same thing: Parents who are sleep deprived are often irritable, quicker to respond to negative stimuli, experience greater levels of postpartum mood disorders, and often feel body aches and pains.

By offering gentle sleep conditioning as a postpartum doula, many of my families experienced better sleep in the long run. Their friends would remark and say "how did you get her sleeping such long stretches?" And the families I had worked with would always say "Call Megan!"

I understand how deeply sleep deprivation affects the whole family, and that's why it's my mission to support families through their sleep struggles. By helping parents teach their children good sleep habits, we are working as team to give babies lifelong success.

Together, we look at your family's routine, your baby's routine, and we find any rhythms that your baby follows. We adjust and tailor those rhythms to encourage quality, restorative sleep, creating sleep solutions for the whole family.
