San Francisco Bay Area Doula
  • Under Construction
In order to protect all families involved, please know that we may need to schedule your sleep training dates out a bit, so that I can safely quarantine between families. Everyone's health is my priority, including sleep deprivation, which is why I am happy to provide support to families during these uncertain times.

Currently, I am unavailable for birth doula support, except for previous families I have worked with.
If you're looking, please reach out to Tabitha @ Bay Area Birth Support. She was my doula for both girls, and I'm happy to share my experiences with her.

For overnight doula support, please reach out to Sara Thompson (Warm Hands Birth Services) or Andrea Berkey (Three Phases Night Doula). These wonderful doulas also have years of experience, and I trust them wholeheartedly.

Your information is just that-- yours. I would never share it without your express permission.

"She took care of us like we were family..."
As tech professionals, we were more comfortable with data than due dates. Megan helped us prepare for our son's arrival by setting up our "nursery," which in our small San Francisco apartment, felt more like a closet with a crib. We had way too much baby gear, and Megan helped us keep what would actually be useful. Because we didn't have family nearby, we asked Megan to stay overnight with us for the first 2 weeks after we left the hospital. She took care of us like we were family, helping to make sure we had enough to eat, a clean home, and a happy family. - Lauren and Rob F.
